1. Conditions of access and use
Anyone who has access to and/or uses the website of INENPRE SCCL (hereinafter "INENPRE") is regarded as a User, and hereafter accepts, fully and without reservation, these General Conditions and such Special Conditions which, as applicable, complement, modify or replace them. The creation of a hyperlink between a website and INENPRE's website is subject to the following conditions: a. The products or services contained therein may not be reproduced in whole or in part. b. No deep links, browsers or border environments may be created. c. No false, inaccurate or incorrect representations may be included on the website, nor will it contain any trademark, trade name, label, name, logo, slogan or other distinctive signs belonging to INENPRE. d. Under no circumstances will INENPRE be liable for the contents or services made available to users of the website from which the hyperlink is established, or for the information or statements included therein.
5. Law and Jurisdiction
These General Conditions will be construed and governed in accordance with Spanish law. In the event of dispute arising from the existence, access to, use or content of the General Conditions, the competent jurisdiction will be the Courts and Tribunals corresponding to the User. If the User resides outside Spain, INENPRE and the User, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, agree to comply with the jurisdiction and courts of Barcelona.
6. Cookies
The http://www.inenpre.es website uses cookies, small files generated in the User's computer which, before they leave the site, collect data from the computer used by the User and let us know how often they access the site and what contents they are most interested in, allowing us to customize web portals for each User. Further, INENPRE SCCL has adopted the necessary measures and techniques to maintain the level of security required for collected and processed personal data. The purpose of collecting, processing and transferring the personal data provided by users to INENPRE SCCL is to send company advertising or to fill positions that are currently vacant and/or store the data collected for jobs that may be offered in the future.
